As you know our staff log on to this forum regularly, and try to answer every question and solve every problem. But as we only log on once or twice a day on work days, if you ask your question in an ambiguous way, we will have to ask for more information and another day goes by before you get your answer. Also, if we spend less time in the forum, we will spend more time developing the next Highslide version, which will benefit us all. So here is some advice:
- Always search the forum before you post. Most questions have been answered before.
- Make sure you have the latest stable version. If your issue is related to a Highslide bug, it might have been resolved.
- If possible, supply a link to a live web page where we can see your entire environment. There are tons of small things that can make a web page unusable, and in most cases a code snippet is not enough to spot the error.
