Flag and tooltip Position and Style

It's possible change the position for the flags and their style? It would be great, like it is posible with a tooltip.

Also, how do I change the position of the tooltip, instead of the left side, I want to position it above the marked point. It is posible?

What exactly do you mean by flag position? Have you seen both flag demos (http://highcharts.com/stock/demo/flags-shapes, http://highcharts.com/stock/demo/flags-placement)? About tooltip, it's not possible without modifying the code that calculates tooltip position

On the top of the chart or anywhere, now only leaves on the chart or on the x axis, it is possible put the flag like this?

Thanks! regarding to the style of the flag, there are a way to define the style add images background and so on?

As you can see here: http://jsfiddle.net/hfrntt/f2pBR/ specifying images works, but the image has a wrong positon.
