Which creative commons license is right?

I use Highcharts JS here. I wanted to add a Creative Commons License to the site, mainly for people who take/export screenshots of the charts and use it. Can I put this license (Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC BY 3.0)) on the site? That would include also commercial use of the screenshots taken.
