Highslide JS in Phoca Gallery not activated

Hello. I want to use the Phoca Gallery for Joomla on a commercial website. In this Phoca Gallery there are different possibilities to show the pictures in the gallery. One possibility is to show the pictures with Highslide JS but you can deactivate this possibility. My question is: do I have to purchase a license for Highslide Js when I use the Phoca Gallery even when I deactivate the Highslide JS possibility. Thanks for an answer.

You don’t need to purchase a Highslide JS license if you don’t use Highslide JS in your website.
