Hello,
I work for a Citi in Brazil in the Credit Risk area and I would like to use the script to generate management reports, etc.
However there is no way my procurement department will accept pay pal as a payment method, since there is no tax payment, and of course a bank do not use credit card to pay suppliers, only invoices.
Is there a way I could procede to license the script to use here?

I think you probably posted in the wrong section of the forum. This is the section for Highslide JS image and media viewer.
If you want to buy license for Highcharts, and want an alternative to the PayPal payment method you can contact the sales department directly trough the contact form at the Highcharts website.
