License for prototypes?

Postby Zarina » Wed Nov 09, 2011 5:21 pm

Hi.. I just discovered Highslide this morning and have been playing with it. It looks great, and seems to work great. I am at the very early stages of a startup that will hopefully go commercial (when, I don't quite know yet.)

We (my 3-man team) are building our first interactive prototype to test with select nonpaying users. Likely throw-away code as we learn more about our potential customers. I'm wondering if our prototyping phase falls under non-commercial use.

Of course, I would be very happy to pay for a commercial license the closer I get to launching something.

Thank you,
Zarina

Hi Zarina,

Sorry for late reply.
You can use our free version in your testing phase, as long as you are not using it in live (online) pages with commercial content.

Thank you! I haven't programmed in about 10 years, and yet I'm having no trouble using/ understanding it. Great product.
