currently I am mantaining a website as a photographer. This is my hobby. In my normal job I am working in the development of dental implants.
But occasionally I get paid little amounts for my time as photographer. Today in all cases this is less than the costs for hiring the studio, so I do this just for my own fun and have to pay in also by myself. The copyrights of these photos are always shared as "Time for Prints" regulation where the model and the photographer can use them for sedcards or showing their work, but commercial use is prohibited. As I do not generate any additionally income for me these "jobs" are not listed at the financial authorities as a company or paid work.
I really would like to use the highslide as a replacement for the simple viewer galleries on my page www.photo-ffm.de which has the looks and appearance like a page of a professional photographer (I hope
), thats why I ask if I am allowed to use the free license or if I have to register for commercial use. Thanks for your answer in advance.
