Joomlart's JA Highslide | License from here still needed???

what about Joomlart's JA Highslide, I just read in some other thread it uses an old version but this is not the topic I have to come up with.

Now, you know, as you also mention it here on your site that Joomlart.com offers a solution using Highslide. Now this product is a commercial product which a member has to pay for, in the extensions club of them it is included for the fee of around 60$. In a lot of templates it is also included as part of the template club memberships people pay from app. 60$ to 499$.

Now, big question, do Joomlart.com members have the right to use it on commercial sites without getting a license from you??? People pay for this plugin, where others are available free of charge and the only fee may be yours, what is okay. From Joomlarts' side you never get clarification about such issues, the members discuss the whole topic but no answer from official JA staff comes, as good as never. By now most of the members there will use it commercially, and the only fee goes to Joomlart.com as far one sees when they come up with it. No one thinks about getting a license here, so I hope the license comes with the product they purchase from there!

Now, there are those developer members that paid Joomlart 499$ to use their products without any limitations. Do they have other privileges or same privileges like regular members or do both simply have no commercial privileges unless they also purchase a license here for 29$ per domain or around 200$ as development license???


To sum it up, what is the deal about this, JA offers it as a paid extension, is there still a license needed from you to use it on commercial sites?
