Web Developer with many clients

Our company develops and maintains websites for many clients. If we wanted to replace Greybox/Lightbox/etc. with Highslide on all of our client's websites would we need to purchase a single "Commercial Unlimited License" or a "Commercial Single Website" license for each client?
