I just create a WordPress Plugin with Highslide JS

A few question want to ask.

1. It is Free and Opensource, can i zip the package with HS for public download ?( even host in my site and WordPress official Plug-IN Page)
2. Do i need to write words like "Power by HS" in somewhere? (please state if need)

btw: it is a demo page,
The function is upload images => gen html code and hook and load the HS script for WP posts and pages.

1) Yes, you can distribute Highslide with a free package.

2) You don't have to write "Powered by Highslide" on the images, but you have to respect the redistribution clause mentioned in the license section on the home page:

You are allowed to distribute Highslide JS with non-commercial packages given that you a) emphasize on your download page that Highslide JS is not free for commercial use, and b) provide a link back to this web page on your download page.
