Hi,

I wish to use your utility in a project of mine, and wished to clarify whether my application falls within the 'non-commercial' sections of your licensing.

The application in question is a website for a community rugby league side, this side does have sponsors and collects playing subscriptions from prospective players in order to meet the costs of renting the ground, getting to away matches and suppling equipment to train with.

Your utility will be used to create a more impressive gallery for visitors to browse through.

A community rugby team sounds like a non-profit organization, so even if you have some revenue you are entitled to the free license.
