Highslide 4 Wordpress *reloaded*

Could you explain to me the requirements regarding using the highslide in my upcomming wordpress website. this isn't to sell anything just a way to allow others to create a blog and share photos

Are you only using Highslide on your own website, or are you making a plugin containing Highlide? If you're making a non-commercial plugin, the requirements are the two bullet points listed under "Redistribution" at http://www.highslide.com/#license.

Okay, the main concern isn't whether you sell something on your site, but whether your site's purpose is to generate revenue. If it is, and you're not a non-profit organization, you need a commercial license.
