Hi,
I am about to create a Joomla Module which will be having Highslide Javascript included. I am going to offer this module on joomla extensions website as Non-Commercial (GPL). And also have this on downloads page on my web development business website. Do I need to purchase license or I can go with FREE license.

You can't purchase a commercial license for distribution with a free software package. For such distribution, you must fulfill the two coditions stated under "Redistribution" at http://highslide.com/#license.
