I d like to use your code for my web-site but not sure if it is commercial or not. I am a freelance guide working as a guide only seasonly, the site's aim is to attract foreign tourists to my hometown. How shall I pay for your code if I am not registered as a private enterprise, have no credit card? Shall I pay for it only once or regularly?

Whether your site is commercial or not, you can judge from the definition under http://www.highslide.com/#license.
There are a number of different payment options available if you go to the Buy now page and then click "Pay through Plimus".
