Highslide is not working in Internet Explorer

When you run Highslide directly from a directory on your file system, IE displays a warning bar saying "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted scripts and ActiveX controls that could…". IE does this to protect files on your file system, but once you upload your web page to a proper web server this warning will go away.
