How do I align the 0 value on multiple Y axes?

I need to have multiple Y axes aligned on the 0 value of both. See the screenshot. I've tried playing around with various options in fiddler, but either this isn't supported, or I haven't found the right combo. I'm not well versed in chart terminology, so the screenshot should make it clear what I'm trying to do.
