[2.0.1] How to turn off hover over border thickening?

In the new highcharts there's this new effect where if you hover over state the chart the borders thicken (really really slowly). I'd just like it to stay the thickness I put in the settings. Any option to set that? Thanks! Sorry for all the posts. I thought it would be better to post each in a separate thread.

I think this bug is related to this issue:

I think if you set animation to false on plotLine then there should be no animation at all including the fade out, hover over effect, etc.
